Lagenda Tunjong Masterplan

LAGENDA TUNJONG, Kota Bharu, Kelantan, is a 7 Phase, 5 year joint venture with Perbadanan Menteri Besar Kelantan (PMBK), Tunjong Development Corporation (TDC) and Sara-Timur Urban Development Sdn Bhd. This landmark development is a modern, Islamic intelligent city estimated at over RM1.2 billion GDV. PAB was involved in developing the masterplan and the architecture of the project.
