Medical City Masterplan, Enstek

This development is envisaged as a private sector – led, long term plan to boost Malaysia Health Tourism. The site is planned to be a one-stop “Healthcare City” with complementary healthcare-related, research and development, commercial, industrial, residential and service activities.

Perunding Alam Bina was engaged to masterplan this project together with a number of international healthcare providers and consultants, including John Hopkins Medical Centre.

The proposal comprises of a 600 bed Teaching Hospital, Medical Faculty for Universiti Islam Antarabangsa (UIA), Retirement and Nursing Homes (FELDA), Medical Mall, Rehabilitation & Dialysis Centre, Meditel (100 beds), Wellness Centres, Hi-Tech Health Park, Medical Professional Suites and International Health Villages.
