Nusajaya, Second Crossing New Township

A planned new township forms an integral part of the construction of a new crossing between Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore. The Second Crossing project is a privatisation project undertaken by Renong with the Federal Government and the

State of Johor, constitutes three major packages: the development of Nusajaya, the Bridge and the Highway.

A team led by Perunding Alam Bina Sdn Bhd, Philip Cox Richardson Taylor and Partners Pty Ltd and Chesterton International (M) Sdn Bhd were appointed as the urban planners for preparing a comprehensive Master Plan for a mixed development comprising of: Residential, Prime Residential Area, Central Planning Area, Government / Institutional, Industrial, Regional Recreation and Buffer / Infrastructure.
