Centrally located within the Sunway Commercial Precinct, the Pinnacle will offer a total of 715,000 sf of gross floor area; of which 620,000 sf shall be nett lettable area. This 27 storey building is designed with connecting carparks to three levels of the Sunway Resort Hotel and two levels of the Menara Sunway. A pedestrian bridge linking these two buildings will further enhance connectivity; creating seamless integration within the commercial hub.

This building has been designed to not only provide high quality and efficient office space, it has also taken into consideration the enhancement of the urban context as an important design aspect; this includes pedestrian and carpark linkages to adjacent developments, landscaped pedestrian paths, interesting streetscape incorporation of activity nodes and improvement of services.
