GRAPH HOTEL

Graph Hotel, a 14-storey boutique hotel in Cheras, is part of an integrated development with shop offices, featuring a landscaped walkway that connects to Taman Mutiara MRT, enhancing urban connectivity and greenery.

A Sustainable Urban Chic Hotel at the Heart of Cheras

Graph Hotel is a new 14-storey boutique hotel located along Jalan Desa Aman 1, facing the bustling Jalan Cheras. Conceived as part of an integrated development, the hotel is joined with the recently completed 14 units of shop offices by the same developer.

This development aims to create a contemporary identity for the mature neighbourhood of Cheras through architectural interventions. A well-landscaped public walkway and garden are designed to provide a safe connection to the nearby Taman Mutiara MRT station and shop lots, offering a green respite for both building users and the greater neighbourhood.

The hotel’s monochromatic grid-like façade is juxtaposed by its playful, vibrant interiors. Emphasis is placed on creating memorable guest experiences through a series of curated transitional spaces, expressed as carved-out voids in the building massing, adding a sense of playfulness to the exterior.

This project also focuses on improving energy efficiency by employing sustainable design strategies such as a double roof system, Low-E glazing, and incorporation of plants as shading devices as part of PAB’s commitment to crafting environmentally sustainable designs.
