PAB developed a masterplan for a transit-oriented health and wellness hub in Section 13, Shah Alam, featuring a hospital, assisted living, serviced apartments, retail shops, and a public linear park.

PAB was engaged to develop a masterplan for a health and wellness hub in Section 13 Shah Alam. Physically connected to an LRT Station, this Transit-oriented Development will have a specialist hospital, assisted and independent living units, serviced apartments, commercial retail shops, and a linear park that is open to the public.

The 13-hectare Central Plaza will host key events of HCMC such as festivals, military parades, celebrations and national gatherings for over one million people at a time. The 12-hectare Crescent Park is expected to be the great waterfront park of the city with an extensive landscaped area, contemporary gardens, paths for promenading, kiosks and water taxi station serving the shuttle pedestrians and motorbikes between Me Linh Square and Thu Thiem. An iconic bridge linking the new city to the old is designed in a constructivist manner
