ENDROCRINE INSTITUTE PUTRAJAYA

The 220-bed Endocrine Complex, an annexe to Putrajaya Hospital, will be Malaysia’s Center of Excellence for endocrinology, featuring the first Hybrid ‘MRI-OT-Angiography’ Suite, a 5-storey car park, and a fully BIM-coordinated design by PAB in collaboration with JKR.

The 220 bed Endocrine Complex will be built as an annexe to the existing Putrajaya Hospital connected by a link-bridge at level 2. This new facility shall be the Center-of-Excellence for endocinology related cases such as diabetes, obesity and metabolic complications, complete with training and research facilities.

The 10-storey facility will also house the 1st Hybrid ‘MRI-OT-Angiography’ Suite in Malaysia and perhaps in the region.

The development also includes a 5-storey carpark block to house 700 carpark bays to mitigate the critical parking problem at the existing hospital.

This is the most comprehensive BIM project undertaken by PAB. Our team has been working closely with our associates and the Public Works Department (JKR) to deliver a high quality BIM coordinated project.
