JKG TOWER
The Office Development was proposed in collaboration with DLN Architect (Hong Kong).Is located in a commercial hub in Kuala Lumpur and consist of a 31 storey Grade A office tower and a 9 storey car par block.
It serves as a corporate headquarters for a local public listed company, providing more than 500,000 sq.ft. of gross floor area. The development is designed with consideration for sustainability and energy efficiency, and is geared towards achieving GBI Gold.
PLATINUM SENTRAL
This mixed-use commercial development in KL Sentral, a collaboration between COX Architecture and Perunding Alam Bina Sdn Bhd, features 850,000 sq. ft. of office suites, retail, F&B outlets, and a business centre in a campus-style setting. Designed for seamless integration with KL Sentral Station, it enhances connectivity while creating vibrant public spaces for events and activities beyond office hours. With a strong focus on Environmental Sustainable Design (ESD), the project incorporates green initiatives to achieve the BCA Green Mark rating.

Cox Architecture and PAB designed the waterfront headquarters for Putrajaya Holdings, later executed by Jafri Merican Architects. Featuring a dramatic tower and courtyard podium, the project integrates natural light, efficient office layouts, and sustainable design solutions.
