KL SENTRAL STATION

Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station is a key integrated transport hub serving multiple rail networks, seamlessly blending modern technology with Islamic architecture through its striking Hyperbolic Paraboloid roofs, suspended domes, and intricate granite flooring. Designed in collaboration with Kisho Kurokawa Architects & Associates, the station anchors the broader KL Sentral development, symbolizing motion and connectivity.

THU THIEM NEW URBAN AREA DESIGN COMPETITION

PAB, in collaboration with CHORDstudio, participated in an international design competition for the Central Plaza, Crescent Park, and Saigon River Pedestrian Bridge in Thu Thiem, a 770-hectare new urban area in District 2. The 13-hectare Central Plaza is designed to host major events for over a million people, while the 12-hectare Crescent Park will feature landscaped gardens, promenades, kiosks, and a water taxi station. An iconic constructivist-style bridge will seamlessly connect the new city to the historic commercial district across the Saigon River.

GRAPH HOTEL

Graph Hotel, a 14-storey boutique hotel in Cheras, is part of an integrated development with shop offices, featuring a landscaped walkway that connects to Taman Mutiara MRT, enhancing urban connectivity and greenery.

KL TRADERS HOTEL

KL Traders Hotel, a 36-storey, 576-room business hotel by PAB and Cox Architecture, is designed to complement KLCC Convention Centre while offering stunning views of KLCC Park and the Petronas Twin Towers.

KV MRT STATIONS

The 51km MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line, the first Klang Valley MRT line, connects Sungai Buloh in the northwest to Kajang in the southeast, with 31 stations, including seven underground. PAB was responsible for Phase One, covering 12 stations from Sungai Buloh to Semantan, which became operational in late 2016.

SUNWAY PINNACLE

The Pinnacle, a 27-storey office tower in Sunway Commercial Precinct, offers 620,000 sq. ft. of lettable space with seamless connectivity to adjacent developments via pedestrian bridges and integrated carparks.

BIJOUX PHU QUOC ISLAND

Phú Quoc Bijoux is a visionary 100-acre masterplan on Vietnam’s South Western coast, designed as a modern, ecologically sustainable tourist destination featuring a pedestrian boulevard connecting key attractions like a casino, entertainment hub, eco-theme park, waterfront resorts, and a BRT system—all seamlessly integrated with nature.

CYBERJAYA HOSPITAL

Cyberview Sdn. Bhd. is developing a 288-bed hospital in Cyberjaya, set to be the first GBI Platinum-certified facility in Malaysia, with eco-friendly features like solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and accommodations for staff and nurses.

ODYSSEY MONT KIARA

PAB repurposed an abandoned sales gallery into a Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool for 200 children, blending preserved architectural elements with a new design to create a vibrant learning space.

GLENEAGLES KUALA LUMPUR

The new annexe at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur (GKL) is a hallmark display of GKL’s endeavour to excellence. The 10-storey building situated next to the iconic main building of GKL is part of an RM220 million investment to further galvanise GKL’s position in world class medical and healthcare services.

The new annexe at GKL will accommodate 100 beds, 51 specialist consultation suites, 23 retail lots and three VIP in-patient suites. It will also be home to a one stop Health Screening Centre that is equipped with state of the art diagnostic facilities in Endoscopy, Neurology, Spirometry, Audiology and Women’s Health.

GKL’s long term commitment in caring for people is evident in the new annexe. Built and outfitted in accordance to Green Building Index (GBI) standards, the new annexe is built with the consideration to promote sustainability and eco-conscientiousness, from the ground up.
